Executive Director & CEO
Mr. David Sealock, the founder of Autus Ventures, has many years’ experience in the agriculture industry and over 25 years’ experience in broad based oil and gas development and water management expertise. Mr. Sealock’s expertise includes business, engineering, and information technology with extensive experience in all aspects of development and execution of energy, agriculture and water management business strategies.
Mr. Sealock has significant experience in Corporate Governance, Energy and Technology Equity and Debt Financing, Agriculture and Energy Operations, Agriculture and Energy Procurement and Agriculture and associated construction management /health safety environment expertise with extensive international experience, serving in a variety of executive, management, operational and public relation roles. Mr. Sealock has played a key role in advancing several Company’s from inception to production.
He has been a key member of teams that have successfully secured combined private and public equity and debt financing in excess of $1 Billion. Mr. Sealock is currently working with PTAC (Petroleum Technology Alliance Canada) as Vice President of Research & Development.
Mr. Darryl Delwo
Mr. Darryl Delwo is the Advisory CFO. Mr. Delwo has over 20 years’ experience in both public and private companies within Canada and Internationally, including start-ups and high growth firms.
A CPA CMA, Darryl provided financial leadership as a CFO & Controller to companies in the following industries: agriculture, oil and gas services, retail, real estate and manufacturing. Companies that he has provided his expertise and experience to are: Sulvaris Inc., Black Diamond Group, Wholesale Sports – part of United Farmers of Alberta group, Regus Corp. and OceanCity International. Mr. Delwo’s expertise includes business turnarounds, restructuring, strategic planning, change management initiatives, corporate governance, IT financial and 3rd party software system implementations, risk mitigation, resource allocations, regulatory compliance, budgeting and forecasting, driving improvements in productivity and profitability, board reporting packages and creating value added business metric reports.
Mr. Delwo has moderated for CMA Alberta’s Strategic Leadership Program for 5 years, and was honoured to assist over 100 candidates achieve their professional accounting designations. He has also mentored for CCAL (Canadian Centre for Advanced Leadership) for the past 8 years, assisting the transformation of a number of next generation business professionals.

A sales agreement is in place to introduce and improve the natural growth cycles of crops. The Advisory Agronomist manufacturers bio-stimulant products with proprietary technology and formulations that synergistically work together as a program to improve the natural growth cycles of a crop. The technology, developed in the 1930’s by microbiologists in Europe has further been developed through the years to be a major proponent of scientific and large scale farm research. The agreement is supported with over 35 years’ experience in Saskatchewan on farms and 10 years’ experience in extreme salt water and soil contamination bioremediation.
A partnership is also in place for water treatment equipment that specialize in providing advanced and proven water treatment process technology for the treatment of frac flow-back water, produced water and industrial wastewater for re-use. The turnkey onsite wastewater treatment systems incorporate electrocoagulation process, ozone hydroxyl ion oxidation and DAF water treatment. The unit is mobile and scalable to customize operations for each project. With more than 15 years of award-winning application of unparalleled electro-kinetic technology in oilfield wastewater and northern climates these patented systems offer proven, chemical-free solutions for environmentally sustainable use and re-use of water through innovative electrocoagulation designs.
